Thanks for the welcome josh and Warren
Josh, the only native scorpion i have in my souther region of Ga is the Centruroides hentzi, these awesome communal scorpion is the most i know of scorpions, i know some of other spiecies of scorpions, but the hentzi is what i know best.
There is another native scorpion here, but they are in the northern region of Ga, which 3 or 4 hours north of me. Since i am about 20 to 30 minutes to the florida line.
Warren is right, i am the Hentzi King

Re: Redknee ( Mark)
yes the V. carolinianus would be the ones in the northen region
I am about 5 hours north of the C. gracilis region, which bites for me, since i am itching to get these gracilis again.
Now with the phrynus marginemaculata and cyclocosmia torreya
i am not even sure what they are, don't recognize that latin name

Re: Redknee ( Mark)
heh heh ...you are about 2 hours from the cyclocosmia that I know of.
Gracilis I have found above the lake okeechobee and you will find vinigaroons along the coast just past the florida line.
sphodros is all over the pine woods and some of the live oak stands and plenty where you are
