This tank is outdoors now, I started it last fall. The top is 95% covered and it receives some sheltered light.
Josh you can grow a tank there just cover the top my friend.
I can help you out with a few plants if ya like and some seeds

Re: A work in process
Nice Sundews! A few years ago my mom had gotten me a Venus Fly Trap and it was awesome! I went out an caught some nice juicy bugs for it. It was awesome to keep.
Should ask her for another one since we have a huge Common House Fly in here atm. ^_^

Re: A work in process
I have 7 different sundew species in there , My fiflformus are coming up and are almost half an inch tall.
There is some stuff coming up that I forgot I had in there , I suppose the natural sun is getting the tiny seeds to germinate.

I had no idea you had several species of Sundews in there. Would like to see the difference in the different species if that's possible.

i really miss living in washington state for alot of reasons. this is one of them... i used to grow so many species of carnivorous plants up there. i had a cobra lilly that was doing really well for me. i had mini bog gardens and stuff like yours john..... poop on arizona hot, humidity lacking climate! i have footage of many of my plants i had on an old camcorder tape somewheres. i had good ol' mimosa pudica as well. that was a cool plant!

Nepenthes are cool as long as you get the smaller ones, my main goal right now are some cephalotus follicularis
