Forgot what this was.

It's a terrible picture, I know. It was taken a year ago and all I had was a dinky 2 mega pixel cellphone cam.
Anyway, I was on a night time dune hike with the Birding Festival, and the reptile guy caught this little horned toad and I was lucky enough to get to hold it. Apparently it was quite uncommon. Can anyone identify it? I've long since forgotten the species.

hard to tell but judging from the crown looks like the regal one

nope, not a regal. its a desert horned lizard. phrinosoma platyrhinos
